Orders are packed and shipped every Monday and Thursday via J&T Express, straight from Bacolod City to anywhere in the Philippines.
Prepaid, always
Shipping fees are included in your order total. There's nothing to pay the rider on delivery.

Please record a clear, uncut unboxing video. Refund or replacement requests without one cannot be processed.
Track your own parcel
Once shipped, you'll receive your J&T tracking number to follow your parcel's journey directly with the courier.

How do I buy something?
Watch our Facebook Live (Mon–Sat, 9:30am onwards) and comment on the item you'd like. We'll message you to confirm your order and payment through Messenger — no separate app or account needed.
Where are you based, and do you ship nationwide?
We're based in Bacolod City, Philippines, and we ship anywhere in the country via J&T Express.
Do I need to pay the rider on delivery?
No. Your order, including the shipping fee, is fully prepaid before it ships — there's nothing due on delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged or different than expected?
Please record a full, uncut unboxing video when your parcel arrives. This is required for any refund or replacement request. As all items are preloved, we describe condition as honestly as we can beforehand.
